○ Topics to concentrate on :

1. Keep a technically complete and a strong resume. Candidates with good number of projects and/or papers made it to the next round.
2. You need to be thorough on the subjects mentioned in your areas of interest. 
3. You should be thorough with the subjects you have scored an S grade.
4. For computer science people, you need to have a wholesome knowledge in programming and mathematics!  . 

● Questions asked in each Round :

First round was simple. We were asked to write small email message. The next round was a direct face to face interview based on the resumes that were shortlisted. 
The questions were completely from my areas of interest and the project i worked in. (Digital image processing and machine learning).
The questions were thought provoking. They asked me on the alogrithms that we wrote and the mathematics behind each of those techniques. They also aked me to trace the graph of a few curves and explain why they were deployed in machine learning. A few questions on algorithms and programming was asked. 
The next was a HR interview. 

Of all the personal interviews i attended this was the most interesting and thought provoking, but u can manage and crack it if you are really good in your area of interest. The interview went on for 1 hour to 1.5 hours.  

● Interview Experience

○ What did they ask from Resume?

1. Most of the interview was concentrated on the resume. Like the questions were shot based on my project and the online courses i had done.
2. so it is of utmost importance that you read your resume very well and you are sure about whatever you put in your resume. For an instance i had mentioned i had done an online course on cryptography, there were a bunch of questions on number theory and cryptography. 

● From where to prepare?

For this kind of an interview an overnight preparation wouldnt help. Just ensure you have a good understanding of the basic concepts of your stream and a deep knowledge on your area of interest. know the projects and the papers you have done really well!

● I think I was selected because?

I think i was selected beacuse i was able to give the right answer to most of the questions and convince the interviewers with some mathematical substantiations. 

● My advice to aspirants:

                Know your areas of interest and the projects really well. If you have mathematical subjects in your areas interest ensure you know the math part of it well and you should be able to do the math. 

Do a bit of programming for there were also questions on programming!
