Hello everyone,
To start with,Mu Sigma is the company where you gain knowledge through learning.First of all,Don't be scared of any interview process.Be bold and confident.You should know what you're doing.cover the topics in R.S agarwal. Take online test in indiabix.com. Do not complicate yourself.Prepare a standard resume which technically good and should have the original information.Know your areas of interest and current projects you are working with for the technical interview.You need to be a good communicator,must have interest to learn new things,must posses good technical knowledge and have a sound extra curricular activities.
Round 1:Aptitude for 25 mins to answer 15 questions(topics covered:data interpretation,SI,CI,logical and analytical questions,simple math questions).The general aptitude test of Mu Sigma is easier compared to other companies, but the time constraint is an issue to be taken care of. The best way to clear this stage is to keep practicing mathematical and general aptitude with a check on the clock.
Round 2: (i) coding: Tracing the pseudocode using given data sets to obtain an output and to place the incorrect line of code to correct place in order to obtain the perfect output.
(ii) video synthesis: after watching the video,you need to interpret the video from your own aspect. Do not summarize.The word ‘infer’ is the key to clear this round. Don’t jot down the obvious.
Round 3:Group GD:divided into groups to solve a business case study. All you to do is find out the best possible solution to the given problem by discussing with your team members.Team work is very important.You should know when to talk and when to give others a chance.
Round 4:Technical and HR: Be very clear with the concepts of your area of interest,mini projects,currently working project etc.It adds value when you have internships or papers published.Have some knowledge about this company before sitting for the process.Followed by general HR questions,where you guys are experts in tackling those questions.
