Round 1 : 3 Programming problems in HackerRank [If you are an average programmer you can clear it]. They would filter many candidates in this round as they don't need many people. I think 21 were shorlisted among 700 odd students.

Round 2 :

F2F technical interview that was long. Paper and Pen problem solving. [Easy programming puzzles and Datastructures based problems]. OS,Web based questions. And few more areas.

Round 3:

F2F with CTO. Questions related to areas mentioned in resume.

Round 4:

F2F with CEO. General chat with him. [I dunno what they tested in this round ]

Points to remember during interview:

* If you have an intern offer at any other better companies and if Freshdesk also offers you intern+FTE, say that you would join at Freshdesk after completing internship [This is to convince them and get the offer].

Suggestions about the company:

* Heard that company is good with pretty decent workplace and free food .Free cab service is about to be launched. But regarding career growth wherever you go it entirely depends on the team you are put into.

Regarding preparation:

*Understanding of basic fundamentals of CS and an average programming ability.
